Over the weeks, we will work together, in person or on-line, to lay the foundations for an alcohol-free future. We’ll gently explore what drives your drinking, address your daily challenges, such as socialising, cravings, moderating, and find the best strategies, tools, and resources to overcome them.
Each week, we will have a 1-1
session, plus ongoing support between sessions. With daily emails and regular check-ins to keep you focused and motivated.

We’ll look closely at your current drinking patterns and uncover any barriers preventing you from moving forward. By the end of the session, you should have a clear plan to help you take action.

This 4 week course is for you if you are curious about life without alcohol but not ready to make any big decisions. You’ll be guided and supported through a month alcohol-free, giving you the clarity and confidence to decide your next step.

This 8-10 week course is for you if you are ready to take action and create lasting change. You’ll begin to experience the real joys of alcohol-free living and feel equipped to continue your journey with confidence.

Beyond is a gentle, ongoing support option for your continued alcohol-free journey after completing your 1-1 course. With regular WhatsApp or online check-ins, plus access to the Soberlicious Graduates WhatsApp Group, support is there whenever you need it.
