Term and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all Soberlicious services, including 1-on-1 coaching, workshops, website use, and group coaching programs.
You must be 18 years of age or older to access or use our services. By doing so, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Soberlicious services are not suitable for individuals with medical alcohol dependence. Sudden alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous and requires medical supervision. A free Discovery Call is required before any program begins to assess alcohol consumption levels.
Soberlicious offers coaching services to support individuals on their alcohol-free journey. Clients are responsible for actively participating in the coaching process and creating their own desired outcomes.
These services do not replace the advice of medical or psychiatric professionals. Clients are advised to consult with relevant healthcare providers for any medical or mental health concerns.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your background, health, and any circumstances that may affect your coaching experience.
Confidentiality
Soberlicious values client privacy and maintains confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions, with the following exceptions: as required by law or when there is a risk of harm to the client or others.
1-on-1 coaching sessions will not be recorded unless the client explicitly requests it. Group coaching sessions may be recorded for the benefit of participants who wish to review the content at a later time. This information is clearly disclosed to all participants prior to their enrolment in any Soberlicious Group program.
Soberlicious may collect and store personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Payments/Refunds
Payment for all coaching services is due in full prior to the commencement of services. Refunds may only be considered on an individual basis at the sole discretion of Soberlicious.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by Soberlicious are subject to intellectual property rights and are for the exclusive use of the individual client. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Soberlicious.
Limitation of Liability
Soberlicious shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may arise from or in connection with the use of our services. Soberlicious makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome or success of the your recovery journey.
Termination
Soberlicious reserves the right to terminate service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms and conditions or inappropriate behaviour.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
