We'll look closely at your current drinking patterns and uncover any barriers preventing you from moving forward. By the end of the session, you should have a clear plan to help you take action.
If you’re sober-curious and considering a break or quitting completely, I offer two course options to help you build momentum and rediscover life’s joys without alcohol. Over the weeks, we will work together, in person or on-line, to lay the foundations for an alcohol-free future, address your daily challenges, such as socialising, cravings, moderating, and find the best strategies, tools, and resources to overcome them.
Each week, we will have a 1-1
session, plus ongoing support between sessions with regular check-ins and daily emails to keep you focused and motivated.
